How supplier accreditation works

Accreditation establishes whether your organization may supply a particular Accrediting Partner. The partner you name is the only one that sees your application, and the only one that decides it.

The nine steps

01
Company Information
Your legal identity: business type, registered name, registration and permit details, tax identification number, classification and business profile.
02
Company Addresses
Principal office, registered address and BIR registered address, plus any warehouses and branches. Addresses you have already entered can be copied.
03
Contact Persons
Your authorised representatives. Mark the people who will need access to the Supplier Portal after approval.
04
Banking Information
The accounts through which you receive payment. One is designated the Default Payment Account.
05
Products and Services
What you supply, where you can deliver, your commercial terms, business references, insurance and certifications.
06
Compliance
Tax classification, withholding tax rate, government registrations, licences and compliance declarations.
07
Required Documents
Your documentary checklist, worked out from the answers you have already given.
08
Risk Assessment
Due diligence questions. An affirmative answer never disqualifies you; it routes the matter to the appropriate reviewer.
09
Review and Submit
A validation sweep across the whole application, a summary to check, and the final declarations.

What happens after you submit

Submission locks your application and places it in the Procurement queue of the partner you named. You receive an Application Reference Number and a Temporary Supplier Code, and the partner has three possible decisions.

Approved
Your accreditation is granted
The trailing marker is removed from your Temporary Supplier Code to produce your permanent Supplier Code with that partner. Your supplier record is created and the contacts you nominated receive a secure link to set their own password.
Returned
Specific sections need correcting
You are told exactly which sections and why. Only those sections become editable again; everything else stays as submitted. You correct them and resubmit. You never start again from the beginning.
Not approved
The application is closed
You are given the reason and the Procurement contact for that partner. Whether a new application may be submitted is determined by that partner's own policy.

Working with more than one partner

Each accreditation is separate. Approval by one partner does not accredit you with another, and a decision by one partner has no effect on your standing with the others. What you do keep is a single Supplier Hub account: applying to an additional partner reuses the account and the credentials you already have.
