Declaration, Authority, Consent, Waiver and Data Privacy Notice
Read this before beginning your accreditation. Nothing about your organization is collected until you accept it.
Declaration and consent, version 2026.1-draft
1. Authority to submit
I confirm that I am duly authorised by the organization named in this application to submit it, to provide the information and documents it contains, and to give the consents set out below on the organization's behalf.
2. Declaration of truthfulness
I declare that the information and documents submitted through this application are true, complete, accurate and authorised to the best of my knowledge, and that the documents uploaded are genuine copies of the originals.
I understand that providing false, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information may result in the denial of this application, the suspension or revocation of an accreditation already granted, and such other contractual, civil, administrative or criminal remedies as may be available.
3. Authority to verify
I authorise the Accrediting Partner to which this application is submitted, and REDTECH DYNAMICS SOLUTIONS CORP. acting on its instructions, to verify any information or document submitted. Verification may include contacting the business references given, confirming registrations with the issuing authority, and conducting such other due diligence as is reasonably necessary to evaluate the application.
4. Consent to processing
I consent, on behalf of the organization and in my own capacity as a named representative, to the collection, recording, organization, storage, use, consultation, disclosure and erasure of the information submitted, for the purposes of evaluating this application, maintaining the supplier record that may follow from it, and operating the platform.
Where I have provided the personal information of other individuals, including other representatives and business reference contacts, I confirm that I am authorised to provide it and that they have been informed of this processing.
5. Data Privacy Notice
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its implementing rules and regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and the rights available to you, including the rights to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
6. Waiver for verification purposes
To the extent permitted by law, the organization waives any objection to the Accrediting Partner obtaining confirmation of the registrations, permits, licences and certifications submitted directly from the authorities that issued them, for the purpose of verifying this application.
7. No guarantee of accreditation
I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee accreditation, that the decision rests solely with the Accrediting Partner, and that REDTECH DYNAMICS SOLUTIONS CORP. does not make, influence or overturn that decision unless it is itself the Accrediting Partner.
8. Independence of each accreditation
I understand that an accreditation applies only to the Accrediting Partner named in this application. Approval by one organization is not approval by another, and a decision taken by one has no effect on an accreditation held with another.
9. Obligation to report changes
I undertake to report material changes to the organization's legal identity, tax profile, banking information, authorised representatives and regulatory registrations through the Supplier Information Update process.
10. Terms of Use
I have read and accept the Terms of Service governing use of the REDTECH One Supplier Hub.
