Frequently asked questions
If your question is about a decision on your own application, your Accrediting Partner is the right place to ask: they own that decision, not REDTECH.
Getting started
It identifies the organization you are applying to. Entering it routes your application to that partner and nobody else, and it determines your supplier code series with them. Your client issues it. If you do not have one, use Request an Accrediting Partner Code and the organization will decide whether to issue you one.
No. You begin from the public hub and your work is saved as you go. An account is created for you only after a partner approves your accreditation, and you set your own password through a secure link at that point.
No. The partner is fixed once accreditation begins, because it determines the supplier code series and the review routing. To apply to a different organization, start a separate application for that partner.
Saving and resuming
Applications remain available for 12 days from your most recent save, and every save restarts that period. You are emailed reminders before an application is removed.
Use Resume a saved application and enter the email address you started with. A fresh link is sent to that address, and it replaces any previous one.
No. The form saves automatically while you work, when you move between steps, and when you upload a document.
Documents
The checklist is built from your own answers. Your legal structure, tax classification and government registrations determine what applies, so a sole proprietorship is never asked for a General Information Sheet and a corporation is never asked for a DTI certificate.
PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, ZIP. The limit is 20 MB per file. Files are checked against their actual contents, not just their extension.
Only you and the authorised reviewers of the partner you applied to. Documents are stored privately and are never reachable through a public address. Every view and download is recorded.
Review and decisions
Each partner sets and publishes its own review period. You see it on the confirmation screen after you submit and in your submission email.
No. You are told which sections need correcting and why. Only those sections become editable; everything else stays exactly as you submitted it. You correct them and resubmit.
No. A submitted application is read only. If something needs to change, the Procurement Department returns the relevant section to you, which is what keeps the reviewed version and your corrections distinguishable.
Working with several partners
No. You keep one Supplier Hub account. Applying to an additional partner reuses it, and your existing credentials are unchanged.
No. Each partner assesses each application independently, and a decision by one has no effect on your standing with the others.
No. A partner sees only the applications submitted to it and its own assessment of you. Another partner's remarks, risk findings and records are not available to them.
